We use Japan's EMS or DHL for international orders.

Your order may be subject to VAT, import and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The custom duties and local taxes can be charged when you receive your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the customs duty upon receipt of the item. These duties should be paid by recipients. We are not responsible for any custom and local duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the customs duty upon receipt of the item.
EMS (The shipping fee is 10 euro flat for any order under 200 euro, the shipping fee is free for any order above 200 euro) is an insured and fast shipping method with tracking numbers. The shipping fee will be added to your order while checking out. Your order will arrive in about 12-18 business days, depending on destinations, from the order processing date.
DHL is the world's leading logistics company. We can arrange your order to be shipped by DHL if you prefer.

INVOICE will be issued only when items are purchased by credit card.
Please contact us if the products are delivered damaged/defected or different from the item you ordered within 7days after receiving the package. For those cases, we can either refund your payment or send you the new package. NOTE: Damaged box by the local customs check will not be accepted for returning reason.
Please make sure that the returning item must not be used and kept in the original box.
The buyer is responsible for covering the shipment fee for the return. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For the return, the buyer must send back the item to us by shipping method with its Tracking Number.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation of the order is accepted up to 2 hours after placing the order.
Please note that we can not accept a cancellation by any of your reason after 2 hours passed from placing the order.
